Applejack Cajeta Caramel

An authentic Mexican style caramel sauce, handcrafted in small batches, and made with goat’s milk from Connecticut family farms. More than 18 ounces of goat’s milk is used to make each 9 ounce jar of Applejack Cajeta Caramel.

Ingredients: goat’s milk, organic sugar, applejack, organic cinnamon, Himalayan sea salt, baking soda

Serving Size: 9 fl oz (266 ml)

Serving Suggestions: Drizzle on ice cream, stir into tea- replaces sugar AND milk, pour on pancakes, and sauté with bananas for a quick and easy Bananas Foster!

Our Applejack Cajeta Caramel is made with Cornelius Applejack from Harvest Spirits- a tree to bottle, small batch distillery in New York. The applejack is carefully distilled and rested in premium bourbon barrels, and is made from 100% Hudson Valley apples, grown on Harvest Spirits’ 200 acre fruit farm. It takes 4lbs of apples to make the amount of applejack we put into each 9 oz jar of our Applejack Cajeta Caramel!

Curry Cajeta Caramel

An authentic Mexican style caramel sauce, handcrafted in small batches, and made with goat’s milk from Connecticut family farms. More than 18 ounces of goat’s milk is used to make each 9 ounce jar of Curry Cajeta Caramel.

Ingredients: goat’s milk, organic sugar, organic curry powder, organic cinnamon, Himalayan sea salt, baking soda

Serving Size: 9 fl oz (266 ml)

Serving Suggestions: Drizzle on ice cream, spread between cake layers, warm on the stove with fresh bananas for a delicious ice cream topping!

Cinnamon Cajeta Caramel
