Beltane Farm is an eight-acre goat farm and producer of artisan and farmstead cheeses in Lebanon, Connecticut. Beltane Farm’s herd of Oberhasli, La Mancha, and Saanen goats are milked twice daily and provide the milk for a variety of artisan, farmstead cheeses, including their award-winning chevre. Farmer Paul Trubey has made it a goal to provide the best quality of life and health for his animals.
